Why we are here:

The fact is that almost anyone can clean up a trauma scene; but unless you have been personally involved in the process after the police leave, it is difficult to grasp the full scope of what a family goes through. We understand that the reason someone calls is generally not for the biohazard aspect, it's because they cannot emotionally deal with it, nor should they have to.

We at Crossroads take our calling very seriously and have earned an impeccable reputation and feel privileged with each person that we have helped.

We are proud to be a family owned company and have been happily married for 26+ years.  Since we have experienced tragedies and a violent death in our own family, we understand what a traumatized family could be experiencing.  Some events and programs that we participate in and support include Special Olympics, Duncanville Project Graduation, "Day with the Law", "Salute to Law Enforcement", and Victim Relief Ministries.

Crossroads' commitment to helping others is not limited to trauma scenes.  We are on call volunteers and trained Certified Crisis Responders with Victim Relief Ministries and have taken part in numerous call-outs ranging from responding to the Ninth Ward after Hurricane Katrina, and the Haltom City tornado, to relocating battered women, to changing locks and home repairs for elderly victims of crime.

People will not always believe what you say, but they will always believe what you do.
